FindBikeDocs ("we", "us", "our") is a directory that helps cyclists find mobile bike mechanics. By using our site, you agree to these terms. They're written to be straightforward — no legalese where we can avoid it.

What FindBikeDocs Is

FindBikeDocs is a directory. We help you discover and contact mobile bike mechanics, but we're not a party to any transaction or service agreement between you and a mechanic. We don't handle bookings, process payments for services, or guarantee the quality of any mechanic's work.

Accounts

• You need an account to claim or create a mechanic listing.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Mechanic Listings

If you create or claim a mechanic listing:

• The information you provide must be accurate and current.
• You're responsible for the content on your profile, including photos and service descriptions.
• Don't impersonate another business or create fake listings.
• We may edit or remove listings that appear inaccurate, inactive, or in violation of these terms.

Reviews

Reviews help the community. When you leave a review:

• Be honest and based on a real experience.
• Don't post fake reviews — for yourself or against competitors.
• Keep it respectful. No hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
• We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Subscriptions & Payments

FindBikeDocs offers free and paid listing tiers. If you subscribe to a paid tier:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your paid features will remain active until the end of the billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

Don't use FindBikeDocs to:

• Scrape or bulk-download data from the site
• Spam mechanics or users through the platform
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the site
• Violate any applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

FindBikeDocs is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the directory accurate and the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every listing is up to date. We're not liable for any disputes between cyclists and mechanics, or for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top and post a notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
